| To Provide a system to reduce the suffering and killing of companion animals in Hardy, Grant and Pendleton Counties and beyond, through programs designed to (a) place homeless animals in permanent and loving homes (b) reduce the number of dogs and cats being born (c) provide current and future pet owners with the information needed to provide a loving home and care for a pet. |
